The party members make me seem like the enemy during their two minutes. I’m hated by all the party members but I hate them even more. The fact is they are the real enemies of Oceania and single handedly threaten all that exists in the world, the present, the past, and even your future. I am not your enemy, I am not your rival, I am not an emulator either. My name is Emmanuel Goldstein and I am the leader of an organization that will bring you freedom, an organization otherwise known as the Brotherhood. We are trying to liberate the people of Oceania from all the nonsense and lies that the party is trying to use against for their own benefit. The party is merely filling your head with lies and lies everyday. Those who understand the party’s true intentions are at great risk of losing their life. War isn’t peace, war is never the answer. So I don’t intend to go to war with the party as they would expect us to. We are not bad people, not at all. We have the free will of thinking what we want. So that is why we have the common sense to avoid war and instead find other means to destroying the party. We will certainly not use propaganda and other lies to get the citizens to believe us. We’d much rather just say the truth, the real truth that the party has never said to it’s people. The truth.

Well Goldstein it is I Winston. Another comrade who wishes to have The Party stopped. I am part of the outer party and I work in this are of false propaganda. The Party makes us believe many thing things through the use of propaganda and some things they tell us which make no sense such as "War Is Peace". Also the whole war with either Eurasia or Eastasia, in which we change constantly but the people are so influenced by these false propagandas the they will start to believe that the sky is not blue but yellow if The Party says so. But what I wonder is how exactly will we stop The Party. As we know they can erase a person from existence, or bring in a new person from out of nowhere. Or they can falsify what happened and turn us 2, into hundreds of rebels who failed to bring down the all powerful Party, and make The Party seem even stronger. Or they might even no longer mention you and just make the people believe there never was an Emanuel Goldstein. Then they say that there is a Brotherhood but they can just as easily change that and make it seem as if no one would ever dare rebel against our dear Big Brother. So we can say that we would rebel against The Party but what I think is that how do you stop a power that controls the very thoughts of every single individual. You, Julia, and I are probably the only ones who think wrong of the Party, how can we 3 stop these horrible crimes The Party is committing towards our human rights.
